Brief Role Profile :-

  • Managing end to end customer queries.
  • Internal coordination for resolving customer queries and website modifications.
  • Monitoring and managing social media accounts of the company.
  • Sourcing potential customer data from social media and online directories.
  • Submitting online proposals for offshore project requirements.
  • Following up with the vendors and customers for operational and billing requirements.
  • Responsible for other day to day operational activies as required.

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Good Knowledge MS Office/word/excel etc.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Willingness to work remotely in a responsible manner.
  • Should own his/her own laptop/pc and good quality internet connection.

Experience Required:-

  • Minimum Graduate
  • 0-2 years (minimum) of experience
