Job opening for a support executive (male or female) for independently managing internal day to day activities.
As currently it will be a remote working profile, so location does not matter that much, still candidates belonging to below two locations will be preferred.

Brief Role Profile :-
- Managing end to end customer queries.
- Internal coordination for resolving customer queries and website modifications.
- Monitoring and managing social media accounts of the company.
- Sourcing potential customer data from social media and online directories.
- Submitting online proposals for offshore project requirements.
- Following up with the vendors and customers for operational and billing requirements.
- Responsible for other day to day operational activies as required.
- Good Knowledge MS Office/word/excel etc.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Willingness to work remotely in a responsible manner.
- Should own his/her own laptop/pc and good quality internet connection.
- Minimum Graduate
- 0-2 years (minimum) of experience
